A United Airlines executive is still missing more than two months after his ex-wife reported his mysterious disappearance, telling 911 that “something was absolutely not right.”

Recordings of the concerned 911 call were released this week in the disappearance of 49-year-old Jake Cefolia, who was reported missing Aug. 8 from his home in Elmhurst, Illinois, news station WMAQ reported.

“I’m filing a missing person report,” said Kristine Cefolia, who was previously married to the sales executive for United Airlines.

“Nobody’s seen him since Thursday and he hasn’t reached out to any family members at all.”

She told dispatchers that he also didn’t show up for “his night” with their children.

“I have someone checking to see if he’s on a flight somewhere,” she told dispatchers. “Something is absolutely not right.”

Surveillance footage later obtained showed him filing up his car with gas Aug. 7 while wearing khakis, hiking boots and a baseball hat, the outlet reported.

The next day, authorities found his car parked at the Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve in Lemont — but a search of the trails, where the executive used to run, didn’t turn up any sign of him.

His phone and Apple watch were later found back at his residence.

The sales guru was under investigation at the time of his disappearance, a law enforcement source told the outlet.

It’s unclear what the nature of the probe was or if it played any role in his disappearance.

Police, however, have not confirmed whether he was being investigated and won’t say whether they believe he left on his own will, the outlet reported.
